I am reviewing my own ISP (I am the owner-but the system kept bugging me for a review, LOL! ), so I will keep this short and sweet.
The service itself works as good as cable, DSL or any other type of broadband. Speeds can be upgraded with one phone call and we offer quite a few other services besides broadband internet. Wireless ISP's can be a great thing or a bad thing, but like any other service out there, it depends on who is pushing the buttons as to whether or not you will be a happy customer. Since finding a good ISP is what this site is all about, you came to the right place before making a decision. Take your time, check out all of the options available to you and be an informed consumer. By doing this, your online experience should be second to none. Good luck in your search.

I believe i have 128k, but not 100% certain. The install process was great. I don't recall having any serious issues that weren't on my end. Great customer service, very friendly with all my stupid questions. I do not see giving up Wavecrazy in the forseeable future.
