On-Digital provided me with great service. I am very pleased that I decided to go with them. Tech guy installed everything in a quick manner and helped me get everthing working right. Just a simple 11"x11" mount that you can not even see on the roof. Thanks.

Well I started out at speeds of +1.5Mbit but I suppose that is their "intro speeds". I am now barely getting thier minimum speeds of 512k...
Just my opinion that the speeds advertised are slightly misleading as now I only get the minimum.

Speeds seemed to have gone back up over time but not right away when I contacted them. I am now at the end of my contract and can get an overall view of the service.... If you are looking for 24/7 uptime, do NOT go with them. When using the service it would randomly drop and when downloading a large Linux ISO and having to start over it is bad bad bad! All-in-all, good for the user who has no clue but for anyone who does have a clue, they will notice the drops in service.

Well, my contract said 12 months, their contract said 18 months. I fought with them for a long time and then they decided to go with my copy of the contract (who knows if they actually had a copy of my contract). Now, a few months later, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DEPOSIT REFUND BACK. After contacting them MANY times I get the run-around and have been unable to get ahold of anyone lately.

I am now very happy with my JRS service. I believe that they have finally resolve all of my problems. Speeds are fast, service is more reliable, and any outages are credited back to my account.
