After much searching this ISP served up to be the best priced one in the phoenix AZ area...so I figured I would give them a short. Everything went smoothly with them, but it was Qwest that took forever to turn the service ON, on my line...so I blame qwest for that.
Once they were a go tho, the MBI called me up and said "we see signal" "you will be up as soon as we are off the phone" and what they said was true...so I was happy =)
My Connection is reliable and Ive never had to create a customer support ticket or any tech support issues at all.
If I do have to talk to them, they are very friendly on the phone and easy to talk with.
I like em =)
