I requested service and was suprised at the ease of installation. This is a small-town company, and installation is pretty basic with these guys. Nothing fancy. I was expecting something like a satellite installer coming out to hook me up. That is basically how it works.
It only took me a week to get hooked up. Some people in town have been waiting longer, but I understand from how it was explained to me that they have to start installing near their office and expand the coverage out from there. I asked for the cheapest plan, and they provide me with 500k down for $24.99/month. They told me it would only be 250k down, so I won't complain.
I've had one episode of downtime. When I called the office, I did get a message explaining why the service was down. The outage was for less than a day.
Taking everything into account, it is hard to beat the price and service these guys are delivering.
