I order T1 service from Air Net Link on April 15th, 2003. May 29th, after a bit of trouble getting the line wired properly, I was up and running. The speed was a little sluggish at first. Then, the next morning I noticed 10% packetloss at my first hop. I made one phone call, and within an hour or two it was fixed. About a week later, I began to drop every few minutes. Again, a single phone call resulted in a fix within 30 minutes. I'm pretty happy, but Air Net Link wasn't. They still see problems on the line and are conducting test.
I guess it can only get better!!!
Even with a few bumps along the way, I gave Air Net Link a 'smooth ride'. I don't expect perfection, but I DO expect my provider to take responsibility when there are glitches. Air Net Link hasn't dropped the ball once.
