DSL line reliability overall: good
E-mail service much improved in last 3 months.
When problems occur however, customer service is poor. Calls to local service rep require that you leave a message and have never been returned. Regional service rep has returned calls, but you must leave numerous messages to receive a response.
To their credit, the technical staff responds quickly.
DSL line went down for 9 days while Xspedius and BellSouth repaired the problem...
