    To whom it may concern:

    After switching from comcast, I couldn't be more satisfied.
    Almost 3.5 meg upload and 2.5 meg down -- SWEET. My latency is great and I don't think any of my games have ever been this lag-free.
    Took about 3 days to get installed and the tech guys worked with me to make it cosmetic. Was down for a couple of hours while they upgraded something but at least they told me about it beforehand!!
