Backlog of installs w/ $99 cable, phone & internet package. Waited 30days for instal in Sioux Falls, SD - (4/03)
Tech. showed up ontime. Fast professional 15 min. install.
The deal at the time was free install w/ purchase of modem.
Com21DP1110XB for $70 (Modem rental is $10 per month)
Couple minor outages, No complaints.
Compared to other providers Midco. is an excellent value.

I call to sign up with midco after receiving a 6 month 1/2 price and free install offer in the mail.
I had to buy there modem ($79) to get this offer, but I needed a cable modem anyway.
I did not have to sign any monthly contract.
My download speed just tested 3499 kbps and my upload is 126 kbps.
I'm not really sure just how fast that is as this high speed connection is new to me.
What I do know is that I'm using two computers on the one cable modem and they both seem super fast.
It seems as If I don't have to wait for anything to load.
I'm very happy with the connection.
The tech. run a new wire from the pole into my cable modem.
He installed the modem to my computer and set everthing up for me.
He even ran some speed test using this web site.
So far Midco. is great!
I will be sure to update this report if anything changes with them.

Today I also found out I can use space on there server to host a webpage.
What you get with your account.
a.. 50MB of web storage space per active e-mail account.
b.. The personal web space allows HTML only. CGI scripts, PHP, and any
other scripting language (except javascript) is not supported. FrontPage
Extensions are also not supported
c.. Very dependable Unix based environment.
