1500/768k dynamicip $14.99/mo. I supplied my own Speedstream 5100. Service was active when I first connected the DSL modem. Very happy!
A traceroute shows I'm connected to OWC.net and then to a backbone provided by Broadwing (Focal).

If your lucky enough to be within range to get DSL, Other World service is a good deal. I was in distance to get the 1-6meg package and I get ping times less than my home cable plus speed in excess of 400k/sec on good servers.
