    I have beem with Win.Net for about 2 years and have very little downtime. Support has been quick to respond and is very knowledgable and helpful. Win.net is now offering 3mb DSL in some areas and has just added Shelbyville to that list. They are also one of the few ISPs that will give you a block of IP addresses for a DSL line.

    I have been very happy with this ISP for years now, but I have just
    received a letter that their DSL connections are going to PPPoe soon. I
    think you should update your database. I like iglou.com family plan...
