Was great when it first replaced the local cable network and dialup service.
Now tragicly oversubscribed.Crashing throughout system.
Needs a lot of work if it will ever work again.

Had cable that gave 50k up and 50k down at best. Was one the first customers for new DSL network in 2003.Was a fast reliable network. Now after 3 months of constant crashing helpful and polite tech guys are beside themselves having replaced the line from the pole to my house, changed my modem 3 times and run every test they have.Everyone in my town and others in nearby areas have the same problems with quality. One of the tech guys finally admitted that the pipeline is too small and has to be enlarged to handle current traffic let alone expansion.I have a $79.00 package that includes 5000k down and 500k up,the modems are limited to 4000k down so that's a bummer. The only reason I have the top package is the large 20Gig download limit.$10.00 a gig for any overage. They have a monopoly in the northern area of Canada so I have no other choice in providers.Hope they get the system fixed soon. But having been bought out by Bell at the same time that the system crashed it don't look good.
