I have been an ISPWest Dialup user for several years now, I found out about ISPWest at a local computer show and the best part is they are just a few miles away. I decided to upgrade my dialup account as soon as they started offering DSL and have been up and running now since 7/04 and have yet to experience any trouble. If you are looking for an ISP that takes good care of its customers ISPWest is great. Their price was reasonable and I get to keep my existing username and email accounts as a result of the upgrade. A free dialup account is included and that will come in handy when I am traveling. I ordered the 1.5/128 plan $34.95 monthly and my router indicates I am getting 1664/160. My order was confirmed within a day of placing the order and was notified when the modem shipped. In all I was up and running in 12 days the self install kit was a breeze and they even called to make sure I was up and running. They provided me with a Zoom X4 ADSL modem lease and a Dynamic IP. This is my first DSL experience and if ISPWest DSL is as good as their Dialup Service I will be a customer for life.
