I ordered 6.0/768 'Value Speed DSL' on March 3rd and they had it up and running on March 14th. I received an ADSL 2+ modem from Covad on the 17th. I got e-mail updates from Covad when each step of the process was completed. So far, everything is just as advertised on their website. This is re-sold Covad service, with Covad IP [dynamic] addresses, routing and DNS servers. Sales, installation and tech support are US-based [in Oregon].
It's still all good two months later. I'm very happy with it so far.

I switched to Stephouse from Qwest DSL and I could not have made a better decision. I have a fast connection (1.5mb) on a dedicated line and my service has never wavered or gone down. It only took a few days to get someone out to install the line, and once it was installed I have not been down once. The support folks at Stephouse are fantastic, never any hold time, and always seem to be around to help. The people at Stephouse are friendly, just as you would expect from a local company.

These guys are top notch. Not only is the service great and fairly priced, the cost they quoted me was the cost I recieved on my bill. I didn't get two pages of unexplainable taxes and other "fees" like I did in the past with comcast and other ISP's I've used. Very honest and reliable company.

Signed up for Stephouse Networks (www.stephouse.net) 6Mbit/768k DSL service
in July '04. Impressive: very personal customer service throughout the order process. Was up and running within one week. Speed tests consistently deliver 5500+kbps. Service has been up for 8 months now without a single outage or complaint of any kind.
