Sunrocket-
Wow - great idea - great price (annual contract $199). That's where it ended.
I received my Gizmo after 5 days (PA is close to the VA warehouse). Hooked it up behind my router (I have a modem/router combo so it's impossible to put it in front of the modem).
The "Voice" light would never stay on for a duration of time. Sunrocket tried to blame it on packet loss, on my ISP (Comcast), whatever they could think of. After personally working with one of their Tech Managers, I couldn't stand being a beta-tester in 2005 for a technology that's been around for years now and for which I've successfully run Vonage on my setup for 18 months.
Plus - I still couldn't even call my own number after 2 weeks. Unacceptable.
I cancelled my account, then 5 days later they bill me for the $199. It seems like they actually have 10 different companies doing every separate function of their business. The have a company that does billing - another that supplies the Caller ID info, etc. In my opinion, not a way to go.
Interesting to now read here on BBR that even more problems are creeping up. Caller ID, dropouts, etc. It looks like the little company just isn't ready yet for prime time. I do wish them good luck - but beware of what may happen to you.

Ordered service and package came about 8 days after. I gather it took so long because of the holidays. Followed easy instructions and within minutes was able to place call. Only thing I don't like is it took over 10 days for inbound calls to work. The Uniden phones that came with it seem OK, I'm going to give to my parents. I am using the service with Uniden 5.8ghz and sound is very clear. Some times you hear a little line noise not sure what from. Website is pretty good you can block certain numbers if you like and has various forwarding options. Has a call log ,I wish it had amount of time on outbound calls to keep track of International minutes. Which you get a $3 a month credit towards International calls. You also get two 411 calls a month. You get FREE Signature Number. I received the Gizmo, coffee cup, Uniden cordless phones, and a 20 minute calling card when I ordered, I don't think they are giving phones away anymore. For the price of $199 a year everything included it seems like a great deal. My POTS line is MCI and runs about $47 a month unlimited local(Nassau county (516) very limited)and included 200 minutes long distance calling ,I used must of my minutes calling parents in Suffolk(631) county 21 miles away. I can't wait to get rid of POTS line. I called Verizon to find out what a basic dial tone for emergencies would cost and they said around $18 a month thats nuts!!! Hope this service works well..
Had some issues with voicemail working and also with inbound on main number but tech support took care of right away...
I have had service for a month now so far so good
Update I saw JeepMatt put in a bad review for SUNROCKET this guy has bashed them in the forums. I think he is just bashing and never really gave SUNROCKET a chance.
