was on the 384/384 plan at $84 a month ,saw a better package on web site that was faster and cheaper $39 ,ask them why no one said anything about new package and got no answer.they would still be billing higher rate if i didnt see new rates.changed to 3000/768 in july and didnt get new speeds til end of sep 05. when your service is out you call tech support 1st before calling local office to setup repair request. there tech suport seems to read from a script and has no real trouble shooting skills. if there was another option for sunman i would change but they got a lock on the market here for dsl and dialup so people are stuck
