$40 per month (24 month contract)
"Very fast, better than dial-up by far, better than dealing with Comcast's incessant delays"
"No 24-hour support, difficult to get in touch with customer service/technical support"
"Overall, not a bad deal. Weather outages have occured 2-3 times in 6 months. Worth every penny."

KVN is doing one good thing and that is providing service to people Comcast would rather throw under a bus. I spent 3 months trying to get a response from Comcast (and even that was a "no"). KVN on the other hand did not even respond to an e-mail request, they showed up at my door the next day to do a site survey (time saved). It took about 2 days for the service to be installed, but a bad cable kept it from being live until the fourth day. After 6-7 years of using dial-up, 4 days was not a terrible amount of time to wait.
Service has since improved beyond what was sold (about 2 months after sale). Some people may say $40 is high for 900/128 service, but on one hand you get more than you're paying for and on the other, it is only $10 more than what was being paid for 28kbps dial-up. Kudos to them and keep up the good work.
