Well, unlike most reviews I've read on here about TW Telecom.... I'm actually on it, whereas most of the reviews are people who are confusing Time Warner Cable's Road Runner with TW Telecom.
It works well, and they can provide some serious speeds... but it comes with a cost.

Had 2 T-1's from Sprint for 3 years bonded for 3Mbits. Got a itch for fiber and TWT scratched it for a full build of 30mbits (20 for data 10 for voice).
Reliable and fast. Great service.
