The main reason for choosing them was cost. I had verizon previously and this plan was a cost saving factor. I was impressed by the sales person's knowledge and service. The time between order and switch over was 14 days. The dsl modem supplied was a comtrend. Install was simply plug and play. No problems at all. I called service on one issue (the modem seemed to heat up). I got through to a tech without being placed on hold and he answered all of my concerns while making me feel like a valued customer. That was something new in my experience with customer service personnel. By the way, he spoke english and worked here in the good ole USA. It has been a year and i am extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone.
