The DSL through Pacific Online is great. It is so much faster than dial-up; I truly could not work from home without it. The staff is also very knowledgeable and nice. We had problem getting our DSL to work when we first signed up. They ran through every possible problem and solution with us until it worked. As it turned out we had attached one of the filters in a creative way so we could hang our phone on the wall.Once we put the filter on correctly everything worked like a charm. On a side note, they make special wall filters so you can hang a phone on the wall.
