I have had IGONET VOIP service for a few months now. So far the service has been fine. I have heard a little echo here and there, but it always seems to clear up quickly. Generally the quality seems to be better than that of a good cell phone call. I have it hooked up to Comcast. The Igonet adapter, my router and my cable modem are on a battery backup. I didn't realize until the power went out that my comcast service actually stays up when the power goes out. I love the savings and some of the really cool features that Igonet has. You can set up all of the features right from your web browser. They even have a wake up call that you can schedule. I use it all the time. Another cool feature i really like is what they call "Find me Follow me". It allows all of my incoming calls to either hunt me down at my other numbers or to ring all my other numbers at the same time (my choice). I had vonage for quite a while and they were good, but they fee'd me to death everytime i added or removed a feature. Igonet hasn't done that to me! I even changed to a lower priced plan and didn't get hit with a fee. I don't think you can go wrong with Igonet!

I am an Igonet Customer, have been since December last year. I placed my order for Igonet online and received my adaptor within 7 days, then it was just a matter of plugging the adaptor in had the service up and running in under 5mins you do need a broadband, high speed internet/dsl connection.
I use Igonet for all my long distance calling plus talking to my family in Australia, the quality of the calls is every bit as good as my telephone company, perhaps better as i don't seem to get the echo back with the voip that I did on my landline on overseas calls
I pay $35.95 per month this gives me unlimited calling access to over 38 countries around the world, and over 20 features included in my plan at no extra cost, that the phone company charges for. I use their Wakeup call on a regular basis.
I took my voip adapter with me when vacationing in Las Vegas recently and found that to be just great, rang home and Australia with no probs or cost.
Igonet has just released a softphone I have downloaded and used this also quality on this is very good
I can honestly say I have only had a good experience with Igonet plus saved money

I am a customer AND an Independent Rep for IGONET and am totally pleased with both aspects.
I find it very difficult to recommend products or services that I would not be happy with myself. IGONET gets my thumbs up.
At the moment, it's only available for residents of the USA and Canada, but they plan on expanding in the near future.
The VOIP device is very easy to install. I had one technical issue with receiving phone calls and their support person stayed on the phone with me for about 90 minutes until we fixed the problem. He was patient and friendly.
IGONET does also offer a business opportunity for those that want to take advantage of it, but the main draw is the service itself.
