I ordered the highspeed cable (D:10Mb/s, U:1,5Mb/s) with a 100Gb cap and it's what I get. It costs me around 36$ per month. In general, I'm really satisfied of the product I have received.
The only down points were the delay between the ordering and the installation and the billing. It has taken the full 3 weeks before I receive my connection, but it was mention that it could take that long. For the billing, I only receive each month the money I need to pay, but they do not give each month how much you have in excess from last months payment. To receive this information each month could be helpful.

10mbits download, 1,5mbts upload, 36,74$ a month taxes included, 100 gigs data cap. Super friendly customer service representative, very helpful. Switched to EB after a really bad experience with Bell, I'm so glad I did. You have to buy the modem and the router so the first month is more expensive but on the course of a year you save a lot of money. Picked up the modem at their office in Longueuil and three days later the tech had already installed everything at my place. Super satisfied with the connection, never a glitch.

I have the 100Gb package for about 32$+tx, it is a reasonable price for high speed internet and there's no slow down period, that's important for me.
I ordered by the end of the month and received the installed modem 2 weeks after.
I have a Thompson cable modem.
Uptill now my experience is good with this company, except for one thing: the fact the they cash-out 2 months in advance everytime. I find it a little bit tricky. For the rest, all is fine.

PRICE, SPEED, Usage Cap Waiting for instalation date ( Videotron Tech fault) RECOMMANDED ! 100% over Videotron

Good internet at a decent price, using Videotron Line, same speed, LOWER price with Higher Usage Cap, will recommande to everyone
Order process was easy, everyone was responding and really helpfull,
I can use my own Modem simple Thomson Docis 2.0 cost 49.99 at Canadacomputer
No contract term, and no price for only 6month ( like videotron )
Videtron sale the 10mbps for 47.99 (36.99 for 6month ...) with 60gb download Cap, with Electronic Box I get the 10mps for 31.95 (forever) with a 100gb Cap
Only negatif point is the installation issue, because of Videotron we have to wait for a instalation date, videotron user are in priority, Electronic box have to call you back to give you an instalation date, I had to wait 1 week for the instalation, But ! for the price It worth the waiting time !
The bottom line is : recommanded for everyone ! worth the shot ! I don't regret my choice !
