In late August our company split off from another and started moving to a new office. I contacted Verizon (GTE) for our phone service, and DSL - they recommended their website for a listing of participating ISPs. Argotech was just a random pick, but after the fiasco I've had with Flashcom/Covad, their service was definetly a surprise! From order, they said that Verizon was backed up at the time, but would have the service up in 45 days. Well, they called me back (which is amazing in itself) and informed me that they would have me up in 3 weeks, less than 30 days. Once we were up, there have been no problems whatsoever. If I call with a question, there is virtually no hold time, and they actually remember my name. It is not a call center somewhere in the midwest, but you can actually speak to the technicians setting up your connection. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. We have been with Argotech for 4 months now, and have yet to have a problem.
