Houston,Harris,TX
$75 per month (month by month)
"Very fast, good local wiring (100Mbbs), T3 connection to the internet"
"must be a resident, outdated website, laughable hosting benefits and extras"
"worth checking into if you're already planning to move"

You can choose either 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps service, though the service is only backed by a T3, so you won't actually see 100 Mbps to the internet. 10 Mbps service gets 1 static IP and a NAT'ed class C, while the 100 Mbps service gets you two static IPs and a NAT'ed class C. The service also comes with an email address, a few megs of space on a web server and a subdomain, but frankly these offerings are pretty laughable. The extra class C is nice because it can simplify your setup, but of course you could get essentially the same thing by buying a $40 home router. The 10 Mbps service is $45 a month and the 100 Mbps is $75.

The apartment staff doesn't generally know much about how their service actually works, though I take it the actual owner is knowledegable and uses the same network.
