SouthEast Telephone is the new kid on the block.
Its a resale of a Windstream line.
Its cheaper, but with cheaper comes slow support.
Very slow, The fastest way is threw live support.
You sure don't want to call them. You may get threw, or you may not.
Ordered the DSL on July 5th the same day I ordered my phone service.
The lady that I talked to said it could be done that way. Was she ever wrong,
When the 13th rolled around and no DSL I called the main company.
They tell I had to have the phone service first to get DSL, So I tell them no problem can you get it hooked up. The line was supposed to be actavie on the 31st, it was but no modem. I was till 8th of August getting my modem.
Tuesday, Aug. 22
I will have had my DSL on now for 2 weeks. I Have had no problems with the connection. Getting close to what they said I would.
If you can put up with the dial-up till they get your service going its all good

| setel agreed south east is a good telephone provider IF you dont have to ever call them for anything! lol i have been on hold with them for well over an hour before listening to that same song over and over again. My only complaint is that i want dsl! which i cant get yet even though they qualified me the other day and now i cant get it ;( i wish someone would come out here and figure a way to get it to us i only live about 5 miles from town and my neighbors down the road a piece have it. | |
