The down and upload speed is incredibly steady. Ping is good.
I have not noticed any temporary disconnection
Digital tv quality is very good too, although there are occasional freezes and HD is not available yet (long overdue based on past press releases)
However, I have been struggling for one full month to get a second cable tv modem with a built-in hdd. Although this is an option on the operator's list of services (and I am now being billed for this option !!), the modem still has not turned up. I have made numerous phone calls to their call center with no success. Obviously the call center is located in a low cost country because the operators' command of French is mediocre, and they don't seem to have any undestanding on how to fix customer issues.
Bottom line, excellent product as long as everything works fine and customer service is not required
