I have 1 Flat Rate Local DID that allows up to 2 simultaneous calls.
The trunk is linked to my Trixbox PBX and it beats Vonage any day.
I have had service for about six months.

They do have flat-rate numbers, but if you're porting in a number, it has to go to the PAYG plan (this is apparently a limitation of their carrier.) Their tech support has been outstanding when I've contacted them. Excellent call quality and reliability.
