"Always a phone call away. Very rare not to have a call back in half hour, even when they are busy"
"You don't mess with a good thing. I've had no issues with my service so why look elsewhere"

Started off with DialUp, then progressed to ADSL simply over not having access to the phone while online. Moved house in that time and all without a hick up.
Started on a low plan, then progressed to 1.5GB and would look at the ADSL2+ but it is not an option when it isn't even available to the ISP.

I've been using WESTNET.COM.AU since I arrived in Southwest Western Australia. I am an IT consultant and I have customers using nearly every provider available in the area. I have found that WESTNET's support will really try to solve problems (which are usually caused by TELSTRA's line-men). The WORST is BIGPOND -- BIGPOND is a HUGE RIP-OFF.
