Contract price not specified. "None" "Changed dial up number and jacked up ISDN dual-channel rate by $30 without any notice" "Avoid like the plague. Horrible customer service and loooong wait times on hold."

So, I've been using dedac.com (aka usnetworx - usnx.com) for about a year. They offered unlimited dual-channel ISDN service for $29.95 a month. Not the best deal, but not bad, and it had always been reliable.
However, as of yesterday, without notice, they changed all their dial-up numbers. This, of course, broke my ISDN router.
After waiting 45 minutes to get through to technical support, I got a new number. I re-configured my router, and then only one channel connected.
So, another 45 minute hold time, and I'm told that their dual-channel service now costs $59.95 a month. Would I like to upgrade?
Hell no.
Taking the advice found on this board, I found a local dial-up provider that provides the same service for $17.95 per month.
Just thought I'd put the word out...
