about 3 days "It's fast; partially because I live in the boonies!" "Telephone support can suck but at least it's a free number now" "Bang for buck - it's the best in my opinion. Plus I don't pay for a telephone line to my house - that's 25 francs saved"

I've been with Cablecom since they were available to me - and that was a 256Kbit/s connection; I've since been to 512, 600, 1000, 5000, 10000 and now 15000Kbit/s.
Outages; I can remember around 5 in 10 years. Most were resolved without me having to call but I've had a power supply for a cable modem die, a modem itself die and two new modems over time for upgrade purposes.
I think they're ok....otherwise I'd have moved!! I would, however, consider 3G as a replacement - without data caps and at a reasonable price....but that's a few years away.
Update 2011: I'm back. Back in the Boonies and on a 25Mbps connection. It really does test up to that speed quite well and often. My latest month's usage was 500Gb and they don't seem to want to cap me. Compared to Swisscom DSL @20Mbps, it's double or more that speed.

Hi dslreports
I use Cablecom Switzerland »www.cablecom.ch/en/internet/hisp···etlang=4 and subscribe to the hispeed 3000 3000 / 300 service, which costs 22.50 francs ($18.57) per month. They deliver what they say, although problems with support is widely reported here in the press. I think they are now part of NTL Europe. An US company?
They also offer a 10000k service: hispeed 10000 10000 / 1000 for 32.50 ($26.82) per month
cheers
