Qtel, the only ISP in Qatar offers ADSL services in three bandwidths, 512kb/s @ $55, 1mb/s @ $84, and 2mb/s @ $112. They provide good tech support. They charge $98 for the ADSL modem. I think that's reasonable. The installation takes about a month. Nice ISP.
