    I ordered Junction's service about a week ago online (they are kinda random, but I found them on Google's local search). The box came and had a installation guide that was kind of hard to understand, but I am replacing Vonage because call quality was horrible, so I knew basically how to setup the box.

    I picked up the phone and made some calls and was really impressed by the call quality. Was a great improvement over what vonage was giving. The price was the same so I didn't loose anything there, but I had to change my number. After I installed the box, a person called me on the new line to make sure everything was cool. I don't know how they did that but I was kinda creepy.

    Only had it for a couple of days, but so far it's been good works with my Cox Cable and things are going smoothly. Will have to wait and see.

    -- I still have Junction and I love it, no problems so far like with Vonage, just one instance when I had to restart the box but it's been working perfectly since I got it.

    I have fallen in love with this little company, I am thinking about signing up for their internet and getting rid of my Cox cable, i havent seen any reviews so I don't know just yet.

    You must have sent some sort of ping or message through the internet to their customer service area once you installed everything, LOLOL. I don't consider myself highly technical; however, it is the best explanation I can think of.
