Got us hooked up with a 1.54(t1) upload and download in exactly one day. Unlike other providers in the area they took our situation seriously and made us high priority. We have been using them for about 4 months now and never had a single drop out or net congestion and my company sends tons of large high quality images to ftps sites and direct transfers. When I remote in from home there is zero lag. Considering getting an additional t1 and using their voice over IP services. Highly recommend wave2wave, especially if your not having luck with other providers.

Wave2wave Communications has subjected us to very poor service over
several years. The poor service included:
1) Erratic and slow data transmission
2) Slow response to complaints
3) Inadequate web hosting space
4) Inability to access e-mail from outside our internal network
5) A contract that incorporating terms highly disadvantageous to the user
6) An obnoxious attorney
Potential users should negotiate the contract word for word and be sure
to delete the paragraph on automatic 2 year extensions. Better
yet, seek another ISP before you get into the same mess we did.
