Terrific service for such a small company -- hope it stays that way. People there are nice and courteous. Signing up was a cinch. The guy who helped me set up my account was great. We spent 50% of the time just talking about games. I was the only issue since I had to find a day that fit into my schedule for installation. From other friends who use InterWorld.net, they claim the tech service will go out of their way to help you resolve any connectivity issues. One time they stayed up in the wee-hours of the night until they got Verizon over there to resolve a hardware issue. So far, I've only had one downtime. I do not know where the fault lied. Didn't bother with the issue. It could well be Verizon (likely). Or it could be InterWorld (maybe). Either way, I would rate InterWorld as a 9 out of a 10.

I have been a customer of InterWorld for over 3 years, first with a dial-up account, and the last 2 years with a DSL account. InterWorld took care of all the ordering and testing with GTE/Verizon, and my service was operational within a few days of my placing the order. During the past 3 years, there was only one 1/2 day period where my service was down, and that was due to a state-wide outage of GTE. InterWorld is especially adept at customizing their service to meet special needs, and I have always received an email response or a phone call within 24 hours of submitting a question to customer service. My transfer rates have been exactly as advertised, and I rarely experience any network slowdown.

InterWorld Communicatons Incorporated ( »www.interworld.net ) has been my DSL provider for almost a year now. When I first switched providers they were very helpful in dealing with GTE and getting the switch done with little or no effort required on my part. The reliability has been outstanding. I have had no noticed outages in a year and I have never noticed getting lower transfer speeds than what I paid for and I use my DSL almost everyday for hours daily for my job.
