    I signed up for KMTel's double play package for $59.95 which includes local telephone and 1mb DSL for $59.95 plus tax which brings it up to $83.65 for me because of zone charges and whatnot. It is definitely not cheap but not bad either.

    Connection is stable for the most part and I ping pretty good for the most part. I can download and upload as much as I want with no limits. They're a totally local company so when you call them during business hours, you talk to someone a few miles away from you.

    They also offer triple play IPTV service which actually looks pretty nice. They have phone, internet, and iptv for $91.95 plus taxes which is an alright value. I recommend them if you want a good value solution. I have Charter for internet also and it is much better than DSL speedwise.
