These guys over subscribe their bandwidth, their customer service is just awful, tech support not much better, but the icing on the cake is the iron clad auto renewal contracts. They pray on those who expect that they will get what they pay for, and when they don't they hold them against the wall and force them to pay based on contractual obligations. A ISP version of 3 card monte.. We a few circuits from them, all under performing, no good for VOIP/Quality sensitive data.. worked great as a backup internet line though, wouldn't use it for primary being it went down frequently..
We along with a few other friends/consultants finally gave up on them after they tried to bully a client who's office was torn down and condemned due to unforseen circumstances, they forced them to pay a multi-thousand dollar early terimation fee on a pair of telephone lines that cost Telekenex less than $30/mo.. and this is after the client was a great customer for many years.. talk about no loyality and a bunch of scam artists.
