This is my 1st time working with ISN for MetroE and Iphone service ..All I
have to say is you get what you pay for OMG!!! My Internet went down for
almost the entire day and they have to have some of the worst tech support
ever .. If you work in a high availability environment this may not be your
company of choice. .. My ISN router was down and I had to fight with tech
support to send someone out to come fix it .. and it took forever . They
keep claiming it was a LAN issue and it wasn't their fault B.S

Reseller, high price, bad reliability, middle man, bad technical support
Do not use. Go straight to the vendor.

I am a administrator for a company in the area and I can say that I am extremely displeased with their service, price, and support.

We are currently leasing a T1 from ISCG for approximately $750 a month which actually comes from Buckeye Telesystems.

When we had problems they told us to just restart our router which we have been doing for weeks. After insisting that it wasn't our router they opened up a trouble ticket. A trouble ticket to Buckeye Telesystem. After 4 hours of waiting, Buckeye finally located a problem with a DS3 on ISCG's side. They moved us to a different fiber port and now we are ok.

Buckeye will be correcting ISCG's issues for the next 3 nights. I am surprised that they didn't notice this issue in the first place.

It sure makes that hefty price worth it! NOT. Go straight to Buckeye instead.
