Darlington, MD

HOT D**N!!!!

Clearview BURN!!!!

Armstrong RULES!!!!

Northern Harford MD and Southern York PA now actually have a reliable cable company. Can't wait for them to get rid of all the Clearview junk and upgrade the network to Armstrong Standards!!!!

I called Clearview a year ago and they told me POINT BLANK, NO, we will NOT run cable "100 FT" to your house, YOU PAY FOR IT!!!!

I just called Armstrong, they said YES SIR, RIGHT AWAY SIR!!!!, ANYTHING FOR A CUSTOMER!!!!

This cable company provides service to a very large rural area that is a bedroom community for Baltimore and Bel Air Maryland. They cover most of northern Harford County and southern York County from Delta to I-83 and up to Winterstown. They claim over 4000 Internet users.

There are many areas that do not have cable coverage. The system is very old and breaks often. They do not offer much in the way of cable services, let alone Internet services. You can't get any information from their website either (they did not have one until they had been selling ISP services for over a year). When it works, it is good. Most of the time though, performance is slow.

Any local area lighting strikes are almost sure to result in service outages. They only have 3-4 techs and outsource support to Broadband Support (which is good). Their customer service department does not understand the concept of customer service.

If no other options exist, this is a viable choice. Beats dial up.
