I had a different domain name and host from 1999 to 2001. I had a problem and the host was not too responsive. I also had a problem with Network Solutions when it came time to re-register my domain. In June 2001, I started looking for another webhost and domain registrar. I chose HostCaters.com. I picked out a new domain name and registered it with 000domains.com at HostCaters' suggestion. The team does a fantastic job of setting things up and keeping them running. Over the six-plus years I have been with HostCaters, I have experienced very little downtime. The team is always quick to answer emails and I like that. I have the next-to-the-most expensive plan at $29.95 per month. I don't mind paying the extra because I get fantastic customer service.
