Maybe it's because I come from a large city where there is actually a danger of losing customers when you provide poor service that WTRT frustrates me so bad. The DSL is slow to the point of being unresponsive most times (neighbors report the same), and the billing department is as inept as any company I've ever dealt with. At least they were able to pin down an install time of between one or two weeks. (note the sarcasm) In short, if you like dealing with a company that treats you like you should consider yourself lucky that they LET you have their service, then WTRT is for you.
