They have just about everything set to Unlimited at the $9.95 price. Unlimited MySQL, domains, email, FTP. Super fast customer service. I have had them for about a half a year now, with no problems. Just the other night I contacted CS to have them change something for me, It was about 12:30am for me, and 2:30 for them. I figured I would go to bed and have a response after I woke up. They ended up responding within 5 mins, too bad for me I was already asleep. The best move I ever made was moving from PowWeb to SharkSpace.
