I am really pleased with this company's service. We use a TalkSwitch device that combines POTS lines for our main lines and VOIP lines for outgoing calls and direct-dial extensions. The NexVortex service has been very reliable and our call quality has been excellent. A great feature for us is the ability to get additional lines for $5.00 each per month which allow us to set up direct dial extensions for every employee. I highly recommend it (and no I don't work for the company).
