I have 4Mbit ADSL for a year contract paid monthly for $110.00, the order and install process is simple and fast. It took about 24hours. I got my own SpeedTouch wireless CPE. This ISP has got the best help-desk in the country. Their staff are very interesting and empowered. Most important is that they are very transparent. Their website shows the network status of their network and their upstream and downstream providers. I also like it when they send me an sms message telling me about a problem in their network or their upstream providers network or the expiry date for renewing my account.
One thing I did not like, which is the limited space free e-mail they provide with their ADSL plans. They promised to increase it and I am still waiting.
I would say, they are a fantastic ISP amond all the junk ISP's in Saudi Arabia.
