Switched from Rogers, 60gb/month cap and throttled, what a difference, for the same price per month I went from 10down/0.5up to 25down/5up with FTTH.
The $170/month is for IPTV, Internet and Home Phone

 about 5 days Bell Canada- "it's internet/tv/phone, it has typical 1mbit upload"
- "its 1/3 the download speed of eastlink"

the price is about the same as eastlink cable, just Bell Aliant DSL has slower download. nice that it comes with a free wifi router/modem, but it's pretty lackluster. i just got hooked up so i will update my review in the future
