Well I didn't deal directly with Unitz as it was part of the bundle with Teksavvy Dry DSL.

Teksavvy VOIP customers using Unitz most likely experienced problems as Teksavvy no longer is taking on new VOIP customers.

Major of problems dealt with incomeing calls; they reported busy signals and/or I picked up receivor and just got dead air
