As of this month (March 2010) they're no longer. They (he) was fairly reliable, but tech support was non existent for the last number of years. Zero responses to email when server was down. Ignored faxes, phone messages. Even billed after more than a month of downtime. Had to block Paypal to get him to stop taking money....
