March 2014 Update- Still with them and have moved to dedicated servers. Support is still great and gets things done as needed.
December 2011 Update- Still with them for our business needs. Support is still great and up time is fantastic.
March 2010 Update- Still happy as can be. Had some issues that caused a few outages for us, but this was caused by some customizations that we tinkered with that caused a meltdown. RapidVPS support was on top of it to give us a hand in getting things back up and running. A++++
Moved from my old host to RapidVPS. What a great company! They definitely have there act together. Prices can seem a bit high to some, but you soon realize you get what you pay for. Tech support replies are generally given in MINUTES...not hours..and it is not uncommon to get those replies from the owner of the company. You have MANY features so you can truly customize and get the most of out of your VPS. They also offer fairly inexpensive shared and dedicated hosting.
The only real thing that irked me was that the CPanel license costs extra...but I guess that is the price to pay for a truly customized environment. All in all..A+++++
