I have never dealt with a company who never takes responsibility for problems that occur. The company is fast to blame anyone else and slow tofix any problems. even when it is clear and evident that the problem ariginates at DSLextreme they want to point the finger at another company. They have the audacity to want to charge to fix problems that they created. i am not sure if this is just a scheme to generate more revenue. Supervisors dont listen and kow how to deal with customers. I have found this to be an unethical company shirking all responsibility.

why anyone would want to do business with this company blows my mind.

Did you try the dslx forum for help?

When I was with dslextreme I found the support forum here at dslr to be very useful when I had any trouble. There are very few places where you can find the GM for an ISP answering posts and IM's.
