Their "High Speed Wireless" access consists of a fixed dish attached to
your home, often on a small tower. This points to one of several access
points in the area, located on tall buildings and water towers. This allows
them to provide service to areas not served by cable or DSL providers. In
some cases, they are the only high speed ISP available.
The speeds for this wireless access is advertised as "1mbps plus in both
directions". In reality speeds are closer to 200-300kbps, with noticable

to the office.
