Quick to setup
Need to have some computer savvy to figure out how to configure their router and built-in wi-fi.
Just not ready for prime time. Not nearly reliable enough or with sufficient bandwidth to make it worthwhile.

Don't bother with this service. Not only is their documentation and customer service insufficient but the performance doesn't even come close to what it should be. I loath using Qwest but at least the speeds were more consistent.

Simple setup, decent price
Internet disconnects, poor technical service
Not worth it, the worst internet access I ever had

Open Range Communications is a newer service offering based on 4G wireless. They offer Internet ( 3 Mb/s down & 1 up) and internet phone. Cost is about $60 for both. »www.openrange.net Simple one box setup for wifi, ethernet, and phone. They came door to door and offered a 1 month free trial. We were set up and operational in less then an hour with a temporary phone number.

Three (3) hours later we lost internet access and outgoing phone service for about 2 hours. Their box indicated maximum 4G signal strength, all indicators were normal. I had 7 noticed outages in 9 days. I contacted Technical Service 6 times. They would look into the settings of my box and eventually have me reset the box or re-insert the connectors. Box reset usually corrected the problem. I asked for a new box, they said it was not needed. I asked to be connected to T2 and was told they would contact me. Received no call backs! That call detail to them never made it into my problem record. Asked about a local tech (which they advertise) and was told they could schedule one but it would be 3 days. I never received a call. Finally, I called to cancel. The tech finally (23 minutes) transferred me to 'Supervisor'. She was kind and wanted to troubleshoot or refer problem to T2. But I finally got it canceled. I should be receiving a prepaid box to ship product back to them I now found out my other 2 neighbors that had a 'trial' box were not a patient as me and cancelled in 3 days.
