I have the Megastream Dsl which is unlimited bandwidth monthly, and they use Peer1 as their main backbone. Our connection is fast and stable. Customer service is very fast, and we have not needed technical support for anything. Just the way it should be.
There is something about our connection and speed that feels different from the past. Just a consistent "burstiness" (if that's a word) of my web pages. This is very impressive!
I have been told by their sales staff that they will enable line bonding shortly, and will have a presence in all major Central Offices across Canada within 6-8 months, and will be able to provide regular line phone service, and throttle bypass (whatever that means).
Anyway, great service...highly recommended to anyone in their area.
